- : Well I started getting that ( though not with FastECS 11 - which I
- : tried ) but with a Picasso II board. This was probably because I now
- : needed max mem as I had to deselect 2 meg when fitting the Picasso II
- : and I fiddled around with memory buttons
-
- : I found it occurred if I had deselected ROm to FAstMEM first ( or what
- : ever that button is ) Selecting that option allowed SS to boot
-
- To add to all this. I tryed FastECS... coldreset my machine, softbooted
- with setcpu, set 10meg for the mac, 4meg for the amiga (16meg machine),
- 1.6 meg of continous chip ram avail, and fastecs alway fail to open its
- screen. I tryed many resolution, including the 640x400.. nothing.
